Product introduction

BW (Brackish Water) membrane is an aromatic polyamide composite membrane element for desalting brackish Water developed by Hangzhou E-MEM Environmental Technology co., LTD. BW has the characteristics of low operating pressure, high flux and high rejection rate. It has a high removal rate for dissolved salts, TOC, SiO2 and other substances, especially for the preparation of high purity water in the electronic and power industries. BW series membrane elements are suitable for desalination of surface water, groundwater, tap water and municipal water with a salt content of less than 8000ppm. They are mainly used in the fields of industrial pure water and power plant boiler make-up water of various fields, as well as brackish water applications such as high-concentration saline wastewater and beverage water manufacturing.

①. The data and information provided by HangzhouE-MEM Environmental Technology Co., Ltd in this sample are all obtained throughlong-term experiments, and we are convinced that these data and information areaccurate and effective. Customers are requested to use the product in strictaccordance with the design, use and maintenance requirements of the product andkeep relevant data records. Hangzhou E-MEM Environmental Technology Co., Ltd shall not bear any consequences arising from customers' failure to use and maintain the products in accordance with the conditions provided by this sample.

②. The permeate flow listed in the table is theaverage value, and the deviation of single membrane element of permeate flow is±15%.

③. Before products leaving the factory, the drymembrane element has no protective liquid, while the wet membrane element isstored and treated with 1.0% sodium bisulfite (10% glycerin antifreeze added inwinter) solution and vacuum-packed.

④. Dry membrane elements should always be kept wetafter wetting. When wet membrane element is not used for a long time, in orderto prevent the growth of microorganisms, it is recommended to soak the membraneelement with protective liquid containing 1.0% sodium bisulfite (food grade)(prepared with RO production water).

⑤. For initial use of membrane elements, it isrecommended to flush first at low pressure for 15-25 minutes and then at highpressure for 60-90 minutes (water production not less than 50% of the system design).All production and concentrated water shall be discharged within the first hourof membrane element operation.

⑥.It is prohibited to add any chemical agent that has an impact on the membraneelement in storage and operation. If such chemical agent is violated, Hangzhou E-MEMEnvironmental Technology Co., Ltd will not bear all the consequences arisingtherefrom.
