Pressure-driven with suction filtration purification for clean water at a lower cost

SubmergedUF filtration system adopts an open external pressure ultrafiltration membranemodule, which is completely submerged in the membrane pool, siphoning and pumping theproduced water under negative pressure through the suction pump. The membranemodule replaces the traditional coagulation, media, filtration and othertechnological processes, and is widely used in the fields of drinking watersafety, sewage treatment plant marking, river channel metallurgy, reclaimedwater resources, industrial wastewater reuse, sea water desalination and so on.

SubmergedUFTXPA series based on Dupont super hollow fiber material,with pore diameter 0.03um. B series based on E-MEM own researched and developedsuper performance first generation hollow fiber composite membrane products,have its all basic super performance with below E-MEM made systemcharacteristics:

▸ The pretreatment process is simple: generally,it does not need coagulation and sediment and multi-media filtration, and itcan directly filter high concentration suspended solids without complexpretreatment (such as up to 200NTU).


▸ Good water quality and high biologicalsafety: the effluent turbidity is close to zero (≤0.1NTU), which can removebacteria, viruses and e. coli. The removal rate of "two worms" indrinking water in-depth treatment is greater than 6 log.
▸ No disinfection by-products: in the removalof microorganisms has the physical disinfection function, can replace thepharmaceutical disinfection, to avoid the production of disinfectionby-products;
▸ Small space occupancy and low operatingcost: low negative pressure water production by pumping or siphoning, lowtransmembrane pressure difference and high flux filtration, low energyconsumption for water production, and larger water production in the same area;
▸ Easy operation and management: high degreeof automation
▸ Convenient secondary reconstruction:integrated module, especially suitable for large-scale medium water reuseprojects and upgrading of filter tank of water purification plant.
