What is MBR Bio-reactor

MembraneBioreactor is a new wastewater treatment process that combines membraneseparation technology and biological treatment technology. It is composed ofbiochemical reaction system and membrane components. It uses membrane modulesto trap activated sludge and macromolecular organic substances in the aerobicbiological reaction tank, so as to increase the concentration of activatedsludge. Hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) can becontrolled respectively, while the refractory substances are continuouslybiodegraded in the reactor.

 

MBRmembrane bioreactor, which integrates the advantages of membrane separationtechnology and biological treatment technology, can effectively trap nitrifyingbacteria and improve the concentration of activated sludge through theefficient interception of the membrane, so as to improve the biochemicalefficiency, smooth nitrification reaction and effective removal of ammonianitrogen.

Afterthe application of MBR technology, COD removal rate can be increased by 20%-40%on the original basis, suspended matter and turbidity of water production areclose to 0, and the effluent water quality is good and stable.

Super-high tensile strength and high separation accuracy

E-MEM curtain-type MBR membrane is produced by own patent composite spinning technology. On the surface of the textile tube, it is the high-performanceseparating layer of PVDF. With the below features:


▸ Anti-pollution, stable operation -- PVDF isused as membrane material, which has excellent physical and chemical stabilityand oxidation resistance.
▸ High strength, super cleaning resistance,not easy to break the fiber, the membrane is an enhanced composite membranestructure, , the tensile strength can reach more than 150N, to ensurecontinuous aeration in the harsh influent environment .
▸ High flux, good water quality -- the MBRmembrane pore diameter is 0.1μm, which can effectively remove suspendedmatter, bacteria, colloids, particles and other substances with large particlesize in the water, and the effluent turbidity is close to zero.
▸ Excellent hydrophily to make a highanti-fouling resistant
▸ Sludge concentration is high, sludge age islong, and the amount of residual sludge is less -- through the efficientinterception function of the membrane, the microorganisms are completelytrapped in the biological reaction tank, and the microbial concentration is 2-3times that of the traditional process. The reactor's hydraulic retention time(HRT) and sludge age (SRT) are completely separated, which can effectivelyprolong the sludge age and reduce the residual sludge discharge by about 30%.
▸ Simple operation, small space occupancy -standard components, module integration, quick installation, overallmaintenance. The whole operation process of MBR system is controlledautomatically, and the data is transmitted in real time with the company'sremote service center.
