Customers are requested to use theproduct in strict accordance with the design, use and maintenance requirementsof the product and keep relevant data records. Hangzhou E-MEM EnvironmentalTechnology Co., Ltd shall not bear any consequences arising from customers' failureto use and maintain the products in accordance with the conditions provided bythis sample.
②. The permeate flow listed in thetable is the average value, and the deviation of single membrane element ofpermeate flow is ±20%.
③. Before products leaving the factory,the dry membrane element has no protective liquid, while the wet membraneelement is stored and treated with 1.0% sodium bisulfite (10% glycerinantifreeze added in winter) solution and vacuum-packed.
④. Dry membrane elements should alwaysbe kept wet after wetting. When wet membrane element is not used for a longtime, in order to prevent the growth of microorganisms, it is recommended tosoak the membrane element with protective liquid containing 1.0% sodiumbisulfite (food grade) (prepared with RO production water).
⑤. For initial use of membraneelements, it is recommended to flush first at low pressure for 15-25 minutesand then at high pressure for 60-90 minutes (water production not less than 50%of the system design). All production and concentrated water shall bedischarged within the first hour of membrane element operation.
⑥. It is prohibited to add any chemical agentthat has an impact on the membrane element in storage and operation. If suchchemical agent is violated, Hangzhou E-MEM Environmental Technology Co., Ltdwill not bear all the consequences arising therefrom.
